Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of fusekib.com, the FusekiB portal, and the calibration assessment (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need an account to take the calibration assessment, view your results, or join a team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or another team’s results without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including through automated scraping or attempts to bypass access controls.
• Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation when registering.

Assessment results and content

Your individual assessment results belong to you. If you take the assessment as part of a team or an organisation-sponsored engagement, aggregated or team-level summaries may be visible to your team and the organisation that sponsored the engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The FusekiB method, the assessment, the archetype and RCDC frameworks, and the content of this site are owned by FusekiB and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to build a competing product without our written permission.

Immersions and advisory engagements

Registration for an immersion, retreat, or advisory engagement may be subject to separate terms covering scheduling, payment, and cancellation, which will be provided at the time of booking. Where those terms conflict with this document, the terms provided at booking govern.

Disclaimer

The service, including the calibration assessment and any resulting profile, is provided for developmental purposes. It is not a clinical, psychometric, or employment-screening instrument, and FusekiB makes no guarantee about business outcomes resulting from its use. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FusekiB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
