Privacy Policy

This policy describes how FusekiB collects, uses, and protects information when you use fusekib.com, register for an account, complete a calibration assessment, or take part in a FusekiB immersion.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Account information. Name, email address, company, and role when you register or sign in.
• Assessment and team data. Responses to the strategic calibration assessment, resulting archetype and RCDC profiles, and, if you join or create a team, your team membership.

How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• Create and maintain your account and your assessment results.
• Generate your individual and team strategic profiles.
• Communicate with you about your account, results, or immersions you have registered for.
• Improve the FusekiB method and the reliability of the assessment.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share individual assessment results outside your organisation without your consent.

How we store and protect information

Account and assessment data is stored with Supabase, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access to identifiable assessment results is restricted to the account holder, their team (for team-level summaries), and FusekiB staff directly supporting an engagement.

How long we keep information

We retain account and assessment data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information from your account settings, or by writing to us. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing, we will honour those rights on request.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
