Participant voices

What people take away.

"I came in expecting to learn a board game and left thinking about my business. What struck me was how often I committed to a direction before I had enough information."

Co-Founder

·

Format B

"The interesting part wasn't the game itself. It was watching how different people approached the same situation — some wanted more information, some acted quickly, some kept changing direction."

Marketing Executive

·

Format C

"There was a moment where we were so focused on one area that we completely ignored another part of the board. By the time we noticed it, the situation had already changed."

Operations Director

·

Format C

"I spend a lot of time talking about systems and complexity, but this was one of the few times I felt those ideas rather than discussed them."

FAQ

Common questions.

No. All formats include a rules walkthrough calibrated to the group. Format A is specifically designed for teams with no prior exposure. The game is learned quickly — strategic observation begins within the first session.

Most workshops operate at the level of concepts: frameworks, models, discussion. FusekiB creates conditions where strategic behaviour actually happens in the room. Patterns become visible, observable, and discussable in real time — not in retrospect.

Yes. Formats B and C are designed to integrate into existing leadership events. We can work within your programme structure, or design a standalone session. Get in touch and we can scope it together.

Formats range from 2 participants (Strategic Mirror) to 40 (Fundamentals, Flagship). Optimal group size varies by format and objective. For large organisations, multiple parallel sessions are also possible.

Each format includes a structured debrief that connects what happened in the game to real strategic contexts. Most participants leave with that as a complete experience. For organisations that want to take the work further, Advisory exists as a separate, longer-term engagement — but it is not a requirement, and an Immersion is not a sales step toward it.

We are based in Singapore and can travel internationally. Open sessions are held in Singapore. Private formats can be run at your venue or a location we recommend.
